By accessing or using the Custodex platform, including our dashboard, APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Custodex provides an AI agent governance platform offering: - Identity management for AI agents (API keys, X.509 certificates, DIDs) - Runtime policy enforcement with sub-5ms evaluation - Behavioral monitoring and ML-powered anomaly detection - Compliance automation (Singapore MGF, EU AI Act, SOC 2, ISO 42001) - Immutable, hash-chained audit trails and forensic tracing - AI Bill of Materials (AIBOM) generation in CycloneDX and SPDX formats - Multi-agent coordination monitoring and collusion detection We reserve the right to modify or improve the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration - Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys - Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account - Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account API keys are provided for programmatic access. Keys are SHA-256 hashed immediately,we never retain plaintext credentials. You are responsible for securing your API keys and must not share them publicly or embed them in client-side code.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems - Use the Service to monitor AI agents without proper authorization from their operators - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary aspect of the Service - Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Service - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your data remains yours. Agent telemetry, audit logs, governance configurations, and compliance records are your property at all times. We process your data solely to provide the Service,nothing more. You may export your data at any time in standard formats. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems. The Service itself,its original content, features, and functionality,is owned by Custodex and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our open-source SDKs and CLI tools are licensed under their respective open-source licenses as specified in their repositories.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Custodex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: - Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses - Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data - Damages resulting from any interruption or cessation of the Service - Damages resulting from actions taken or not taken by governed AI agents Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
